Incentive

The incentive is only given to valid Kartu Prakerja holders who have completed their first training course, submit a rating and review for the course, and have linked their bank account or e-money.

There are 2 (two) types of incentives:

• A job search incentive is provided once in the amount of Rp600,000 (six hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah) to cover job search expenses.

• Evaluation survey incentive amounts to Rp50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per survey and can be received for a maximum of 2 (two) surveys.

• Job search incentive:

  If you are selected as a Kartu Prakerja beneficiary, you will receive the job search incentive after:

  • Completing the training course and obtaining the certification.

  • Submitting a review and rating for the training course on your dashboard.

  • The job search incentive is only provided upon completion of the first training course. There is no allowance for subsequent courses.

  • Successfully linking your bank account or e-money account on the www.prakerja.go.id website.

  • The registered bank account or e-money has been validated using the same National ID (NIK) registered on the Kartu Prakerja and has undergone KYC verification or the e-money account is already premium/upgraded.

• Evaluation survey incentive:

You will receive the evaluation survey incentive by completing the evaluation survey on your dashboard at www.prakerja.go.id websites. This survey helps assess the effectiveness of the Kartu Prakerja program.

To receive the incentive, you must complete your first training and submit a rating and review.

If you’re taking Offline Training, you must complete your first training and take the post-test on the last scheduled meeting.

If you’re taking Webinar Training, you must complete your first training and post-test no later than 30 (thirty) days after the last scheduled meeting.

Scenario

You completed your last webinar meeting on April 1, 2024. You must complete your first training and take the post-test no later than April 30, 2024.

If you’re taking SPL (Self-Paced Learning) Training, you must complete your first training and post-test no later than 60 (sixty) days after the redemption date or the first session.

Scenario

You redeemed your course on April 1, 2024. You must complete your first training and take the post-test no later than May 30, 2024.

So please complete your first training and give a rating and review as soon as possible to avoid having your balance expire.

No, you can only receive the incentive once you have become a valid recipient of the Kartu Prakerja, completed your first training, and fulfilled the requirements mentioned above.

You can check it on your dashboard account. Make sure to check the status regularly.

Your incentive may fail to be disbursed due to the following reasons:

• Not completing the first training or not attending all meetings as scheduled or incomplete facial verification.

• Failure to provide a review for the training course on your dashboard.

• Failure to give a rating for the training course on your dashboard.

• The bank account or e-money account you linked with your Kartu Prakerja account is inactive or has issues.

• Your e-money account has not been upgraded or completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification (ID card and selfie verification).

• The monthly transaction limit or balance in your e-money account exceeds the maximum limit allowed by the e-money provider or regulatory requirements.

• The personal data registered in the e-money account does not match the data registered in your Kartu Prakerja account.

The incentive is provided in cashless form and will be transferred to the bank account or e-money that you have registered.

The incentive will be disbursed through the e-money account or bank account that you have registered on your account through the website www.prakerja.go.id

The process of disbursing the incentive to your bank account or e-wallet takes approximately 3-5 business days from the scheduled date of the incentive appearing on your account dashboard. If you haven't received the incentive after more than 5 (five) business days, please contact us through the Report Form.

Please ensure you have completed all the training series and submit the skill test (Unjuk Keterampilan) to the training institution. You will be requested to give the course rating and review. If you have completed all those steps, please wait for 1x 24 hours for us to synchronize your incentive disbursement schedule.

The disbursement of incentives is done in stages. Therefore, please ensure that you have met all the necessary requirements and conditions to qualify for the incentive. Please regularly check your dashboard and the transaction history of the bank account or e-wallet linked to your Prakerja account. If you have not received the incentive within 5 working days, please contact us using the Report Form for further assistance.

You are free to use the incentive for anything you want! It can be used to cover expenses you have incurred during the training, such as meals, transportation, and communication costs. You can also use the incentive to help cover costs while searching for employment.

Yes, you can access the details of all the incentives you have received or are yet to receive on the incentives page as shown below.

After receiving the job search incentive, you can also receive the evaluation survey incentive by completing the evaluation survey according to the schedule available on your dashboard. This incentive is only given to Kartu Prakerja recipients who complete the evaluation survey by December 10 of the current fiscal year. Remember to fill out the evaluation survey honestly based on your situation!

You will receive a schedule to fill out the Evaluation Survey at the soonest 30 (thirty days) after the job search incentive is received.

For example, your Job Search Cost Incentive was received on March 1, 2024, your Evaluation Survey Schedule is on March 30, 2024.
