This Privacy Policy(" Privacy Policy")is issued by the Project Management Office of Program Kartu Prakerja, a unit responsible for executing Program Kartu Prakerja based on Presidential Regulation Number 36 of 2020 concerning Work Competency Development through Program Kartu Prakerja, as amended by Presidential Regulation Number 76 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 36 of 2020 concerning Work Competency Development through Program Kartu Prakerja, and Presidential Regulation Number 113 of 2022 concerning the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 36 of 2020 concerning Work Competency Development through Program Kartu Prakerja. The Project Management Office of Program Kartu Prakerja is located within the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and has its office address at Park Tower, 10th Floor, MNC Center, Jalan Kebon Sirih No. 17-19, Menteng, Central Jakarta(hereinafter referred to as " 'the Project Management Office'" or " "we").This Privacy Policy applies to the Website (as defined below) provided and" Website" adalah www.prakerja.go.id.

The Project Management Office is committed to protect your Personal Data (as defined in Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection and other relevant Indonesian laws and regulations). The Project Management Office may need to transfer your Personal Data to government ministries, agencies, and/or third-party organizations, both within and outside of Indonesia. These transfers are necessary for the processing of your Personal Data for the aforementioned Purposes. By consenting to this, you acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to transfer your Personal Data to these third parties for the Purposes stated above, and that these third parties may further process your Personal Data for the same Purposes. Such transfers will be conducted in compliance with the provisions of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations. In the case of updating and/or correcting Personal Data, once we have received sufficient information from you, we will update and/or correct your Personal Data within a maximum period of 3 x 24 (three times twenty-four) hours from the time we receive your request for updating and/or correcting your Personal Data, or within any other timeframe determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
